HALL STREET

We knocked down a wall to open up this tiny kitchen into the dining and living space. A new peninsula begins where the wall used to be and extends out into the dining space.  By moving the plumbing for the sink into this peninsula, we were able to create a better workflow and were able to fit a full size range.  To maximize the remaining dining room space, we built a custom L-shape bench against the back of the peninsula.  The bench is made up entirely of drawers for extra storage.

This is the only full bath in the unit and is packed full of style and storage! The mosaic floor and brass fixtures add character and class.
