For this project, we gut renovated a 4 family home and completely reimagined and reconfigured the inside. By making the unfinished basement into usable space, we were able to create more spacious units and included more bedrooms and bathrooms than previously possible. We conducted in-depth studies into the most effective ways to use every inch of space created units that feel spacious and modern despite their small footprint. The open concept designs include custom two-tone kitchens with integrated dining benches for additional storage and seating, black stainless appliances, quartz countertops and backsplashes, and sophisticated bathrooms. With almost 10 foot ceiling height and three large skylights, these small apartments feel large and airy. The units include a two bed two and a half bath duplex, two units with two beds two baths, and a studio with a graciously sized master bath and powder room! The master bedrooms have custom balconies overlooking the landscaped yard, while the secondary bedrooms offer Juliet balconies letting in the fresh air and light.
